Roller Skating 3/5/10

I can't believe this joint is still open! We were trying to think of something fun for the kids that we've never done, so my mom thought of going to Classic Skating. Man that place needs a makeover!! I remember when I had a birthday party there when I was six or seven. The place hasn't changed a bit. Oh well, the kids thought it was pretty fun!

Happy Birthday Katie!!

My sister Katie is so amazing! She's beautiful, smart, funny, and a wonderful sister, friend, aunt, and mom. I idolize her so much. She's always looking after me and is there whenever I need her. Thanks for all you do sis, I hope you had a great birthday!!

Happy Birthday Morgan--7 years old!!

Morgan got to celebrate her birthday 3 times this year! She had a friend party, another party with her aunt Katie(her b-day is a day after Morgan's) at Grandma/pa Huff's, and another combined party with her cousins Azhdon and Jordan (who also have b-day's in Feb) at Jumping Jacks.

Morgan is such a joy to have as a daughter. She's so sweet and loving. Such a good example to her little sister. We're so impressed at how well she is doing in school. We are so lucky to have such a great daughter! We love you Morgan!!

HAPPY HOLIDAYS TO ALL!

WE WOULD LIKE TO WISH YOU ALL A VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR!

MORGAN(6) IS LOVING FIRST GRADE. SHE IS A VERY SWEET HEARTED SOUL. SHE IS ALWAYS THINKING OF OTHERS AND IS A GREAT HELPER AROUND THE HOUSE. I LOVE THAT THE VERY FIRST THING SHE DOES IN THE MORNING IS MAKE HER BED(WITHOUT EVEN HAVING TO BE ASKED).

MYLEE(4) IS LOVING PRE-SCHOOL. SHE GETS MAD BECAUSE IT'S NOT EVERY DAY. SHE IS ALSO VERY SWEET HEARTED. I GET HUGS, KISSES AND "I LOVE YOU, YOU'RE THE GREATEST MOM EVER" EVERY TIME I LEAVE FOR WORK AND AT BEDTIME, TOO! AS FAR AS HELPING AROUND THE HOUSE, IT'S LIKE PULLING TEETH WITH HER. SHE SUDDENLY IS TOO TIRED OR IS SICK.

THANKSGIVING 2009

WHAT A NICE THANKSGIVING! MY MOM AND DAD RECENTLY ADDED ON TO THEIR HOUSE, SO WE HAD A NICE BIG GROUP WITH PLENTY OF ROOM FOR ALL. MY KIDS WERE SO EXCITED THIS YEAR FOR THANKSGIVING. THEY LOVED GETTING THEIR DRESSES ON AND HAIR ALL CURLED UP!

MORGAN DID A CUTE LITTLE BRACELET CRAFT FOR THE KIDS. THEY WERE MADE OUT OF PIPE CLEANERS AND BEADS. THE DIFFERENT COLORED BEADS ON THE BRACELET TOLD A CUTE LITTLE STORY ABOUT HOW THANKSGIVING CAME ABOUT. FIRST A WHITE BEAD STOOD FOR THE WHITE SAILS ON THE PILGRIMS BOATS. THEN A BLUE BEAD WAS FOR THEY CAME ACROSS THE ATLANTIC OCEAN. NEXT WAS GREEN, FOR THEY FOUND LAND. BLACK STOOD FOR MANY PEOPLE DIED. RED WAS FOR THE FIRST THANKSGIVING AND FOR CRANBERRIES. ORANGE WAS FOR PUMPKIN PIE. YELLOW WAS FOR CORN. FINALLY, BROWN WAS FOR TURKEY. I'M NOT SO SURE I GOT THE STORY EXACT, BUT THAT'S HOW MORGAN SAID IT WENT!

I CAN'T BELIEVE HOW FAST THESE HOLIDAY'S COME AND GO, BUT IT SURE WAS A GREAT THANKSGIVING!

Halloween 2009

We really got our moneys worth on Halloween this year! We hit the Salem City trunk-or treat, our ward trunk-or-treat, my sisters trunk-or treat, even made it to MaryAnn's and Grandma and Grandpa Huff's. My mom had sloppy joe's, chili, donuts, apple pie and much more!! What a feast and a fun day!
